L3Harris is seeking a proactive and dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to contribute to the development and improvement of our Manufacturing Engineering programs, policies, and training. This role offers the opportunity to foster a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. The successful candidate will play a key role in directing support personnel in the day-to-day execution of manufacturing tasks, developing and improving manufacturing processes, and monitoring defect trends. The candidate will also support teams in resolving manufacturing production yields, quality, and reliability issues, and provide technical support to solve problems through process improvements. Additionally, the candidate will interface with design and manufacturing engineers to ensure hardware producibility and develop build strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with 0-2 years of prior related experience or 2 years post-secondary/Associate's Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. Preferred skills include experience with Data Analytics and Dashboard Analytics Development, development and generation of KPI to measure production floor execution and efficiency, and working knowledge of IPC/J-STD workmanship requirements.
