Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Leadership Manager to supervise our customer service team and drive exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role: In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing up to 120 associates in our Customer Service Department, including cashiers, baggers, and customer service clerks. You will assist the Department Manager with the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of department operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead customer service initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve associate engagement and productivity
  • Analyze performance metrics to inform data-driven decision making
  • Cultivate a positive work environment that promotes collaboration and open communication

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service leadership or management
  • Proven track record of driving business results through effective leadership and strategy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
