Job Title: Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team in Montclair, California. As a Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Summary:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans as needed
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse
  • Current RN licensure in the state of California
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
