Job Description:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, and document patient responses and outcomes.
- One to three years of experience as a Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse.
- Current RN licensure in the state of California.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
