The ideal candidate will have experience working in an ICU setting and be able to provide high-quality patient care. The nurse will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Document patient information and progress
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an ICU setting
  • Current RN licensure in the state of California
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
