Monarch Landscaping is seeking a skilled Landscape Maintenance Specialist to join our team at our Woodinville location. As a key member of our Landscape Maintenance department, you will be responsible for performing general landscape maintenance tasks, including lawncare, bed care, and pruning/plant care. You will also operate basic landscape maintenance tools and equipment, such as lawn mowers, backpack blowers, and hand pruners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing general landscape maintenance tasks, including lawncare, bed care, and pruning/plant care
  • Operating basic landscape maintenance tools and equipment, such as lawn mowers, backpack blowers, and hand pruners
  • Working outdoors in various weather conditions

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Landscape Maintenance or Landscape Construction
  • Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish (strongly preferred)
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
