We are currently seeking a Kitchen Sanitation Specialist to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilizes dishwashing equipment to effectively clean and sanitize all kitchenware, utensils, and cooking tools.
  • Ensures a clean, sanitary, and organized environment in food service areas by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and pressure washing floors, as well as cleaning and sanitizing dishwashing machines.
  • Responsible for cleaning production equipment as directed by supervisory staff.
  • Maintains or exceeds standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Adheres to established daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
  • Follows all safety protocols and loss prevention measures.
  • Documents and maintains records for service standards and compliance with regulations.
  • Assists in the receipt of food and non-food supplies as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One (1) year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
