Mosaic Dishwasher

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mosaic Dishwasher to join our team. As a Mosaic Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and stored properly.

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment in the dishroom.
• Operate commercial dishwashing machines and maintain a hygienic working environment.
• Ensure that all food and beverage outlets have the necessary supplies and that there are sufficient racks for dirty dishes.
• Attend to spills and breakage immediately and follow proper safety procedures.
• Responsible for the proper sanitation and cleanliness of all kitchens and food preparation areas.
• Remove and dispose of trash bags from receptacles.
• Participate in deep cleaning of the outlet.
• Report any maintenance and/or hazard issues to the supervisor on duty.
• Assist service team as needed to meet and exceed guest expectations.

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred.
• Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification preferred.

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to heat, steam, and chemicals. The individual must be able to lift up to 45 lbs. and push/pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs.
