Compensation Package

This role offers an attractive compensation package, including a base salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 annually, with additional commission ranging between 5-12% net sales growth.

This salary range is an estimate based on national averages and may vary depending on factors such as location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our skin and wound care sales team as a sales representative. You will be responsible for calling on multiple clinical and non-clinical decision-makers in acute care facilities within your assigned territory.

You will make sales presentations to multiple decision-makers, working collaboratively with our sales force to grow targeted accounts.

Your primary responsibilities include establishing and nurturing client relationships, developing strong relationships with key decision-makers, and maintaining existing business while presenting new products.

As a Product Specialist, you will collaborate with several sales reps to act as a subject matter expert, interacting with clinicians to communicate product choices, conduct product evaluations, trials, and in-services.

You will provide timely reporting and analysis of business conditions within accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commission, full-cycle sales experience.

Alternatively, you may have at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience.

Medical sales, advanced wound care sales, or successful business-to-business outside sales experience will also be considered.

You should be comfortable working in a clinical setting and have a track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment.

Able to learn and present multiple product lines, with excellent communication and organizational skills, and computer proficiency especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
