About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative product leader to guide our Loan Management Team at Possible. As a Senior Product Leader, you will oversee our core loan management systems and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the enhancement of the customer experience, including payments and servicing, in collaboration with Customer Operations.
  • Identify and prioritize improvements for our core Loan Management System in partnership with the Engineering team.
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap that drives long-term success and delivers exceptional customer experiences.
  • Share product strategy, performance, and customer insights with Possible's Leadership Team and the company.
  • Collaborate with Legal & Compliance, Data Science, and Customer Operations to manage audits and reviews with banking partners.
  • Introduce industry best practices to improve our product development processes.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of Product Management experience in financial services or fintech, with at least 5 years in platform or system-level product management.
  • A blend of customer-centric focus and technical expertise, with experience in building and monitoring systems.
  • Proven ability to manage product development with discipline and efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a deep sense of ownership for product outcomes.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments, ideally with experience in startups.
  • Ability to translate customer insights into actionable features and communicate clearly with engineers and designers.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to identify and address dependencies across functions.
  • Experience working within industry regulations while developing creative solutions.
  • Passion for serving customers and driving positive societal change.

This role is open to candidates across the United States, with the flexibility to work remotely. We offer a competitive salary range of $192,550 to $224,700 annually, with significant equity potential, based on experience and qualifications.
