About the Role

Virtua Health is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a per diem capacity. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine patient prognosis and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide individualized speech and language therapy to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to regulatory guidelines and department standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in speech language pathology.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
  • Current licensure in the State of New Jersey.
  • ASHA certification.
  • CPR certification.
