Job Description

Our Senior Agent is a technical expert responsible for leading a team of Geek Squad Agents in delivering exceptional customer experiences. They train and coach agents to repair and service consumer electronics, ensuring high standards and Best Buy's customer promise are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive customer satisfaction by building relationships, providing solutions, and communicating effectively.
  • Assign staff for client assistance, diagnosis, repair, and follow-up, ensuring department goals are achieved.
  • Communicate department goals and company information to team members in a clear and timely manner.
  • Work with clients to resolve service and repair issues, handling escalated cases.
  • Provide coaching and consulting to agents and other store personnel to achieve goals and high standards of customer service.
Basic Qualifications
  • One year of experience in diagnosing and repairing PCs or consumer electronics.
  • One year of customer service experience.
  • One year of leadership experience, including coaching, training, and recognition.
