We are seeking a Machine Operator to contribute to the production of biscuits, hotcakes, and McGriddles. You will work under the guidance of the department Team Lead.

  • Shift: 1st shift (6a-2p)
  • Location: Onsite
  • Hourly Rate: Competitive
  • Overtime: As scheduled (daily and weekend)

A Day in the Life of a Machine Operator:

Your Responsibilities:
  • Operate various machines and equipment while prioritizing safety at all times.
  • Conduct quality checks and maintain documentation according to standard operating procedures. Ensure equipment operates within quality expectations, including code dates and packaging materials.
  • Collaborate with Quality and Production Supervisors to meet production demands and uphold product quality standards.
  • Interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance manuals.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, and company policies.
  • Identify food safety risks and report them to your supervisor.
  • Perform assigned cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks.
Your Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in machine operation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with GMPs and safety protocols is ideal.
  • Ability to comprehend basic machine operations and settings.
  • Physical requirements include lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds for moving objects.
  • Capable of pushing or pulling objects with minimal force.
