    • Maximize life insurance market penetration with current members and property/casualty insureds

    • Meet or exceed annual sales goals and targets
  • Customer Service and Support
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members and insureds
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and retention
  • Training and Development
    • Provide training and support to frontline employees, Insurance Sales Agents, and other staff on life sales and lead development
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in life insurance sales and marketing
  • Compliance and Regulatory
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
    • Stay informed of changes and developments in policy and external practices
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Valid Automobile Operator's License required
    • Active State Resident Life Insurance License required
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
    • 1+ years of experience in life insurance and/or annuity sales preferred
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
    • Ability to cultivate relationships with peers and staff
    • Computer skills in basic software applications and business applications specific to life insurance
    • Demonstrated skills in selling life insurance and annuities, lead generation, and prospecting
    • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, life product line illustrations, features, and benefits
Work Environment

This role will work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, table, or computer workstation for extended periods. May travel by car, plane, or other form of transportation to attend business meetings or conferences. Approximately 50-80 percent of the time spent on the job involves the use of a personal computer.
