Remote Inside Sales Agent Opportunity

As a Remote Inside Sales Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs, and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. You will be working in a remote work environment, and all computer equipment will be provided. You must be able to maintain departmental work-at-home requirements, which include a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet connection with a minimum 100 MBps download speed and 20 MBps upload speed.

We are looking for a sales professional with 2-3 years of sales experience, strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, and the ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers. You must also have excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills, as well as strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency. A Property and Casualty License is required after hire.
