Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electrical systems for heavy-duty vehicles, including electrical harnesses, wiring, and electrical components.
  • Test and validate electrical systems to ensure they meet performance and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with other vehicle systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for electrical systems, including schematics, diagrams, and test procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in electrical systems technology.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical systems design and development.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems principles, including circuit analysis, electronics, and electromagnetism.
  • Experience with electrical testing and validation techniques, including oscilloscopes, signal generators, and data acquisition systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with heavy-duty vehicle electrical systems, including hybrid or battery electric vehicles.
  • Knowledge of data acquisition principles and familiarity with heavy-duty vehicle diagnostic software tools.
