  • Skilled in patient throughput and care coordination, with a focus on high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fostering interdisciplinary teamwork and staff development.
  • Dedicated to direct nursing practice and unit operations, ensuring patient and family needs are met and evaluated.
  • Strong leader, able to drive patient satisfaction and loyalty.
Salary Range:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year
