As one of the rapidly expanding dealerships in Southern California, we are on the lookout for dedicated Service Advisors and other roles. While a minimum of one year of automotive service experience is preferred, we are open to considering exceptional candidates with less experience. We offer comprehensive factory and internal training programs to facilitate career advancement within our dealership. Compensation and benefits will be discussed during the interview process, based on experience. We eagerly await your application.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Timely execution of oil and filter changes to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Inspection of all fluids and maintenance components, topping off or replacing as necessary.
  • Conducting routine service inspections and completing standard maintenance tasks.
  • Maintaining vehicle cleanliness during service or repairs.
  • Ensuring all required documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.
  • Adhering to shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Contributing to the upkeep of shop appearance and safety, including inventory management and general tasks.
  • Participating in all required staff meetings, training sessions, and educational opportunities.
  • Performing system diagnostics and comprehensive automotive troubleshooting.
  • Keeping the shop area organized and tidy.
  • Communicating service status and estimated completion times directly with service advisors.
  • Engaging in continuous learning of new technical information and techniques to stay current with evolving automotive technology.
  • Exhibiting behaviors aligned with the company's values in all interactions.
  • Carrying out additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • No prior experience required; however, one year in a similar role is preferred.
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome.
  • A willingness to learn and grow is essential.
  • Knowledge of automotive servicing or repair is highly valued.
  • Possession of an unrestricted California driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, particularly under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for professional interactions with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Commitment to safety and customer service excellence.
  • Physical capability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as required.
  • Certification as a state inspector is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic are expected.
  • A genuine interest in the automotive field.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to meet production standards after training.
