Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute vehicle services as specified in the work order.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections, document findings, and communicate results to the service advisor.
  • Provide accurate labor and parts estimates for any additional services identified during inspections.
  • Maintain detailed records of all performed services.
  • Collaborate effectively with team leads, advisors, and service managers, adhering to their guidance.
  • Ensure cleanliness of vehicles and the work environment while performing services or repairs.
  • Adhere to all shop policies, procedures, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
  • Complete all required training set forth by the manufacturer to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an automotive dealership or aftermarket shop.
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality work.
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven.
  • Possession of a valid CA driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
