Summary:
As a key member of the Staff BHS Physician Network, Inc team, the Clinical Nurse Specialist will be responsible for patient triage, patient education, and assisting physicians in the assessment of patient needs and treatment plans.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date chart documentation is crucial to ensure all information about patients is completed and documented correctly.
Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited nursing program, as well as 2 years of clinical experience in a physician office.
Certification: Current State RN license and CPR certification.
