Key Responsibilities- Lead and grow the FRM business, developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and profitability
- Provide leadership and development to a team of managers and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their consultants, providing expert advice and guidance on long-term investment strategy and policy issues
- Evaluate portfolio risks and performance, developing policy guidelines and recommendations to optimize investment outcomes
- Develop and implement effective client reporting and communication strategies, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information to clients
- Minimum 10 years of experience within the investment industry, with a background in insurance and deep knowledge of fixed income
- Extensive leadership experience working with clients and related investment portfolios of institutional investors
- Independence of thought, intellectual curiosity, and an entrepreneurial nature
- Established credibility and commerciality with generating new business opportunities and managing relationships
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to articulate and integrate numerous viewpoints and mobilize/influence across firm
- Ability to navigate stressful situations with poise, focused on being a calming presence, active listener and pragmatic problem solver

Base salary range for this position is USD 100,000 - 150,000. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.
