About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at ABB. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems and products that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mechanical systems and products, including standard designs for equipment, systems, or installations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design reviews and design verification are completed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design methodologies, modeling techniques, and test standards in the mechanical engineering field.
  • Contribute to the development of product specifications, application assistance, and regulatory or certification requirements.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree with 0-2 years of experience.
  • Previous experience in technical support for projects in an electrical engineering field is preferred.
  • Computer programming experience is a plus.
  • Candidates must have a valid work authorization that permits them to work for ABB in the US.
