Based in a prominent downtown location, NSG is recognized for its expertise in commercial real estate operations and its dedication to serving property owners and tenants. Our services include Commercial Janitorial Cleaning, Unarmed Security Patrols, and Facility Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee safety equipment and surveillance systems to ensure a secure environment.
  • Perform routine patrols of the premises.
  • Promptly report any incidents to the appropriate authorities.
  • Enforce site security by addressing any violations of policies or procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Availability for 1st shift hours (6a-2p, 7a-3p, 8a-5p, 10a-6p) with flexible scheduling throughout the week.
  • 1-2 years of experience in security or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Background in military, law enforcement, or corrections is advantageous (not mandatory).
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment background check.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly wage: $18.00.
  • Weekly payment every Friday.
  • Health, Dental, and Vision benefits available after 90 days of employment.
Essential Skills:
  • Proficient in operating radio or telephone communication equipment.
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • Professional and courteous interaction with the public.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.
