We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team at Dentistry of the Carolinas. The ideal candidate will possess a Dental Assisting certification and meet several key qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Anticipate the doctor's needs and demonstrate proficiency in four-handed dentistry.
  • Adhere to all regulations, protocols, and procedures, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of dental instruments and terminology.
  • Execute lab procedures accurately, maintain and care for equipment, and ensure a positive rapport with both patients and teammates.
  • Direct patient flow and multitask effectively, utilizing effective time management skills.

In addition to the above qualifications, candidates must possess a current CPR certification, X-Ray certification, and a record of updated vaccinations. Experience with Dentrix or comparable software, as well as digital radiography, is preferred. We provide personal protective equipment (PPE) including disposable gowns, level 3 and N95 masks, face shields, and sneeze guards.
