Make a meaningful impact as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Graybar. Your key role will be to serve as a liaison between our company and customers, ensuring their complete satisfaction.

  • You will interact with customers on an ongoing basis, handling orders, requests, and providing timely support in a professional and courteous manner.
About This Role

In this position, you will:

  • Ensure every customer experience is of the highest quality.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and correspondence in a timely and professional manner, following up on all customer issues.
  • Take an active role in selling Graybar products and services on inbound calls.
  • Provide support on product selection and application.
  • Coordinate customer service requests, including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit, and claims.
Your Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to handle diverse customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.

  • 6+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • A 2-year or 4-year degree is also preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time, hourly position offers a competitive salary of $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.
