About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at At Home Therapies. As a key member of our rehabilitation services team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and according to state guidelines.
  • Assist in identifying appropriate patients and referring them to rehabilitation services.
  • Document patient progress and ensure accurate and timely completion of progress notes.
  • Ensure that medical orders are obtained for treatments, re-certifications, and discharges.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited college with a BA or associate degree in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
  • Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated COTA (if state mandated).
  • COTA holds a current license and/or registration as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in-state as applicable.
