Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Process Enhancement: Streamline HR workflows for improved efficiency, precision, and compliance.
  • Employee Engagement: Manage employee inquiries, address concerns, and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee adherence to labor laws and formulate relevant policies.
  • HRIS Oversight: Supervise HRIS platforms for process automation and data-informed decision-making.
  • Performance Evaluation: Assist in performance assessments, goal establishment, and development planning.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Support recruitment efforts and onboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Training Coordination: Identify training requirements and organize development programs.
  • HR Analytics: Examine HR data, monitor metrics, and generate reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Capability to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR) and a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
