Operations Director

• Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve exceptional results
• Develop and implement strategies to boost team member awareness of company mission and vision
• Manage meetings, including morning huddles and all-staff meetings, to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Utilize company software to streamline employee management, job scheduling, and maintenance
• Review and audit team paperwork and job site audits to ensure compliance and quality
• Manage company budget and produce operational reports to inform decision-making
• Execute monthly marketing plans to drive business growth
• Oversee fleet maintenance, including scheduling and cleaning of vehicles
• Plan and execute facility maintenance, both inside and outside
• Ensure business operations safety and truck safety protocols are in place
• Develop and implement a systematic hiring and training process

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent/relevant on-the-job experience
• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a service industry operation
• Sales, Marketing, and Operations/Systems Management experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work positively and effectively with people at all levels
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
