Job Summary:

The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated test systems for our high-volume manufacturing lines. This role requires strong technical expertise in electro-mechanical control systems, complex engineering programs, and product-platform design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electro-mechanical test stands for precision flow control instruments.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for new and existing systems, including CAD models, electrical schematics, and bill of materials.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create concise requirements for software engineering and hardware groups.
  • Interpret equipment specifications, complex drawings, and follow machine control software.
  • Oversee stand development, testing, and integration of assemblies and sub-components.
  • Work with manufacturing, engineering, and service organizations to implement and validate advanced manufacturing processes.
  • Provide support to global manufacturing and service centers with troubleshooting and solving test stand issues.
  • Supervise and direct the hardware development team to manage equipment and project schedules.
