Recovery Coach Opportunity

We are seeking a part-time Recovery Coach to join our team at Monte Nido Rain Rock, a residential treatment program for adults struggling with eating disorders and addiction.

About the Role

As a Recovery Coach, you will play a key role in supporting clients through their recovery journey, providing guidance and intervention consistent with their treatment plan. You will engage clients in developing healthy relationships with others, assist with food preparation and meal supervision, and participate in therapeutic groups to promote clinical growth.

Responsibilities
  • Support clients in achieving their recovery goals
  • Provide guidance and intervention consistent with treatment plans
  • Engage clients in healthy relationships and activities
  • Assist with food preparation and meal supervision
  • Participate in therapeutic groups and develop core skills
  • Conduct rounds and provide observations
  • Occasionally drive clients to appointments and activities
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of post-high school education, preferably in psychology. At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting is highly desired. A valid state-issued driver's license with a safe driving history is also required.
