About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate Team Leader to join our team at H&R Block. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our tax offices during the busy tax season.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Multi-Unit Team Leader in managing daily operations of the tax office, including scheduling, client service, and quality control.
  • Lead the office team in delivering exceptional client experiences, ensuring that all tax office associates are scheduled and working efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, associates, and management to resolve issues and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Multi-Unit Team Leader and District General Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve office performance and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan and manage day-to-day office operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Computer proficiency, with the ability to use MS Office and other software applications.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and be available to work during peak tax season.
