- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to ensure a smooth transition to independent living.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to rehabilitation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports within our Therapy EMR system.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, with a deep understanding of the human body's complex systems.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, enabling effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages, adapting to their unique needs and circumstances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating seamless collaboration with the healthcare team.
- A competitive hourly rate of $53.00 per hour.
