Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Wakefield, Massachusetts.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality physical therapy services to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pelvic health and orthopedic experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and evaluate patients' physical therapy needs according to organizational and professional guidelines.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that reflect patients' age and situation, including discharge plans.
- Revised treatment plans based on patient progress towards stated goals.
- Complete and timely documentation in accordance with facility and practice guidelines.
- Orient, train, and mentor therapy and health care students to achieve stated performance expectations.
- Identify and act upon performance improvement opportunities to implement best practices.
- Complete additional department, organization, or network activities per established objectives.
- Uphold the PCC Organizational Values of Innovation, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Licensed (and in good standing) as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the English language.
- Basic skills in math and computer science.
- Appropriate knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques to manage the rehabilitation population.
- Effective problem-solving skills for physical therapy evaluation, interpretation, treatment planning, and execution.
- Computer proficiency required, with Microsoft office applications preferred.
