Position Overview

Impact on Lives

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at US Renal Care, you will play a vital role within a collaborative team, working under the guidance of a Charge Nurse while overseeing Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) in providing care for patients with kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care. You will engage directly with patients to deliver safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment. Your duties will include conducting and documenting physical assessments before and after treatments, as well as monitoring patients throughout their treatment sessions.

Ensuring optimal renal care will involve performing monthly reviews of patient medication profiles and administering medications as per physician directives.

Team Collaboration. You will be an essential member of an interdisciplinary team responsible for all necessary patient assessments and care planning activities.

Additionally, you will ensure that staffing requirements are consistently met under the supervision of the Administrator, adhering to state regulations regarding staffing ratios.

Safety and Compliance. Under the supervision of a Charge Nurse, you will comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.

Your participation in required staff meetings and continuing education programs will be essential.


Qualifications

- Valid nursing license in the relevant state.
- Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
- One or more years of recent nursing experience preferred.
- Previous experience in dialysis nursing is advantageous.
