  • Maintain excellent attendance and lead by example in all aspects of the role.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned in line with your position.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years of post-secondary education, with culinary training preferred.
  • At least five years of experience in a leadership role within the culinary field.
  • Proven ability to manage costs while delivering exceptional quality and creativity in food service.
  • Advanced knowledge of food service principles and practices, including management of personnel and complex issues.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations, including marketing, safety programs, labor relations, and business planning.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop staff, ensuring achievement of departmental goals.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to various audiences.
