LPN Licensed Practical Nurse PRN

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a PRN (as needed) capacity. As a LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician, functioning within the scope of your license.
Responsibilities- Provide basic bedside care to long-term care patients
- Contribute to patient assessment by collecting data for analysis by a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Administer medications and observe patients for adverse reactions
- Perform routine laboratory tests and simple therapeutic services
- Educate patients and families about disease treatment plans
- Licensure: BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date, and LPN licensure prior to hire date
- Education: High school diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
