About the Role:- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments, and participating in the care planning process.
- Supervise LPNs and certified nursing assistants, ensuring that residents receive the highest level of care.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and families to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy.
- Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in Colorado.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
- One-year experience in a long-term care environment (preferred).
- Knowledge of computer systems, including Point Click Care.
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, and standards of care.
