Job Description: We're seeking an experienced senior C# developer to join our team as a team manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying software applications using C# and the .NET framework, while also leading and mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy software applications using C# and the .NET framework.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers to improve their skills and confidence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Write clean, scalable, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in development and production environments.
  • Integrate applications with REST APIs, databases, and third-party services like Salesforce, Twilio, Hearsay.
  • Perform code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a software developer and team lead.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
