Product Coordinator Job Description

HMTX Industries is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Coordinator to join our team. As a Product Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the development and maintenance of our products, working closely with internal departments to ensure seamless product launches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to organize product libraries and manage samples.
  • Assist with sales meeting preparation and setup, including sample and documentation management.
  • Work with the data team to support the upload of new products, including SKU numbers, specifications, and pricing.
  • Manage film and sample orders, customer signoffs, and approvals for new product development.
  • Partner with the data team to update customer pricing and vendor costs in iHOPS.
  • Supply customers with marketing materials, such as room scenes and product swatches.
  • Coordinate product testing with the purchasing team and ensure that new products meet required testing standards.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of work-related experience in product management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including editorial, oral, and written.
  • Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Work Environment:
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, or maneuver products up to 50lbs as needed.
  • Must be able to travel overnight as needed (estimate of 5%-15%).
  • Must be able to work in an office and/or industrial/warehouse setting.
