Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor Degree in Nursing from an accredited professional education program.
  • KPHC will train registered nurses that meet the minimum education requirements.
  • Current and Unrestricted Registered Nurse License in the State of New Mexico or multi-state license privilege as provided in the Nurse Licensure Compact.
  • Certification in CPR and/or ACLS/PALS is required.

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience.
