**Job Summary**
Synerfac is seeking a skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team in a manufacturing environment. As an Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for assembling a variety of finished products utilizing written process procedures, blueprints, and job experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assemble blast cabinets, reclaimers, dust collectors, and miscellaneous sub-assemblies as required utilizing written procedures, blueprints, and basic hand/power tools.
- Inspect and test finished products and sub-assemblies.
- Report all material shortages and documentation errors to the supervisor.
- Maintain a safe and organized workstation.
**Requirements:**
- High school education or equivalent is required; trade school with electrical and mechanical training is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of two years experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment.
- Must own commonly used hand tools and measuring devices.
- Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
- Capable of utilizing a wide variety of hand, power, and measuring tools.
- Understanding and operation of pneumatics and electrical assemblies.
- Forklift operating experience is desired, but not required.
