About the Role

The Strategy Team operates in a collaborative environment, focusing on high-impact projects and strategic analyses. Our objective is to provide insights that guide leadership in navigating the evolving landscape of finance and technology.

We are looking for a candidate who combines extensive knowledge of blockchain with a strong understanding of business strategy. In this role, you will leverage your analytical capabilities to tackle complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Reporting to the Head of Strategy, you will collaborate with various teams to define and execute Borderless Capital's strategic initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic Direction: Work alongside the Head of Strategy to establish and communicate the strategic priorities and recommendations for the leadership team.
  • Market Insights: Conduct thorough analyses of the financial ecosystem to identify opportunities and assess risks.
  • Leadership: Drive initiatives and effectively advocate for your strategic ideas across multiple business areas.
  • Effective Communication: Present your findings and recommendations clearly, both verbally and in concise written reports.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in analytical roles such as corporate strategy, consulting, or product management, preferably within the blockchain or technology sectors.
  • Blockchain Knowledge: A deep understanding of blockchain technology and its applications.
  • Mission-Driven: A strong alignment with our mission to promote financial innovation and inclusion.
  • Proactive Approach: Ability to manage projects independently and deliver high-quality results.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active user of blockchain products.
  • Familiarity with decentralized finance platforms.
  • Prior experience in the blockchain ecosystem.
  • Understanding of smart contracts and tokenomics.
