Job Title: Systems Engineer

We're seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team and help us build software tools to automate deployment and testing of compute infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build software tools to automate deployment and testing of compute infrastructure
  • Scale critical services to support customer growth
  • Apply test-driven development principles and help us move closer to our goal of continuous delivery
  • Research and implement new open-source and commercial tools, technologies, and methodologies
  • Collaborate with peer teams who have built world-class networking and orchestration solutions
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with OpenStack
  • Strong background in programming with Python, Go
  • Strong background in Linux systems architecture and engineering
  • Experience managing infrastructure as code with Terraform
  • Experience with applying a configuration management platform such as Puppet at scale
  • Understanding of core concepts around Kubernetes and Docker
  • Prior experience in software development or release management is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with virtualization and cloud infrastructure technologies

  • Competitive base pay of $121,600 - $188,400, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits
