The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our restoration efforts, responding to emergency situations, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage and fire damage, to minimize property damage and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of restoration technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful completion of restoration projects.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including clear communication, transparent explanations of the restoration process, and timely resolution of issues.
- Project Management: Manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and care.
- Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of restoration techniques, including water extraction, drying, demolition, and cleaning, and apply this knowledge to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a certified field technician in the water/fire/mold restoration industry.
- Certifications: IICRC certification is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
