Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Project Management: Manage tasks on multiple projects in accordance with Moody's high standards of project management, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.">
  • Proposal Development: Assist in the development of proposals, including scope of services and cost estimates for projects, to secure new business opportunities.">
  • Qualifications Development: Collaborate with the team to develop and present qualifications for projects, highlighting our company's expertise and capabilities.">
  • Project Planning and Monitoring: Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, error budgets, and other essential documents to ensure smooth project execution.">
  • Communication and Coordination: Communicate and coordinate project plans with the broader interdepartmental team to ensure successful product launch and support.">
  • Cost Control and Reporting: Responsible for ongoing overall project monitoring and control, including project cost control, forecasting, schedule updates, and reporting.">
  • Mentorship and Staff Management: Mentor and manage staff at all levels, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and success.">
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain up-to-date project documentation, process submittals, and update submittal logs, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.">
  • Change Management: Assist in the preparation of change orders and track project progress and budget, providing regular updates to the Executive Team.">

Requirements and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • Education: A Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related field.">
  • Licensure: Professional engineering license in PA is a minimum requirement, with additional state licensures being helpful.">
  • Experience: At least 10+ years of civil engineering experience, including staff management experience.">
  • Skills: Expertise in site development, oil and gas, water, wastewater, geotechnical, or environmental engineering, as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, HydroCAD, and other engineering-related programs.">
  • Personal Qualities: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset.">
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel to project locations as necessary, and between Moody offices located in Athens, Meadville, and Washington, PA.">

What We Offer

You will also enjoy flexible hours with remote/hybrid schedule options and a base salary range of $110,000 - $130,000, commensurate with qualification and experience.
