About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill a key leadership position in our team at Premier Washington. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to take on new challenges and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care, including transcribing physician's orders and coordinating resident care responsibilities.
- Evaluate the quality and timeliness of nursing care and apply disciplinary action when necessary.
- Assess and modify medical regimens and nursing care plans as needed, ensuring accurate clinical records.
- Must be a graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the PA State Board of Nurse Examiners.
- Must currently be licensed as a Registered Nurse by the PA State Board of Nurse Examiners.
- Must possess strong leadership, communication, and people skills, as well as the ability to develop staff skills.
