About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Soho House & Co. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests and members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages, adhering to our globally unified beverage program.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a friendly and helpful demeanor at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company guidelines and standards.
  • Upsell and promote our menu items, including daily specials and seasonally influenced options.
  • Collect payment and operate a cash register with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Check identification and ensure compliance with age requirements for the purchase of alcohol and tobacco products.
  • Arrange bottles and glasses to create attractive displays that promote specific beverage options.
  • Mix ingredients according to drink recipes, maintaining consistency and quality.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working in high-volume F&B operations.
  • Craft cocktail experience and working with seasonally influenced perishable items.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver drink requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Flexible schedule and reliability.
  • Tips certification and Micros experience a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to seize, grasp, turn, and hold objects with hands.
  • Ability to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
  • Fast-paced movements required to move around the club.
  • Ability to move, pull, carry, or lift at least 40 pounds.
