This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet patrons, assess their beverage preferences, provide recommendations, and take drink orders.
  • Design drink menus and inform guests about new offerings and specials.
  • Prepare and mix drinks, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to customers.
  • Verify customer age to ensure compliance with legal drinking regulations.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain a well-stocked bar.
  • Follow all food safety and quality standards.
  • Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately, ensuring correct change is given.
  • Keep the work and dining areas clean by disposing of waste, cleaning tables, and washing glassware and utensils.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with restaurant point-of-sale systems.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Positive demeanor and professional appearance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and knowledge of drink preparation techniques.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.
