Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage multiple retail properties, including meeting with tenants, managing maintenance, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Negotiate with retailers to secure new leases and renewals, and work with brokers to determine which retailers to approach.
  • Generate annual CAM reconciliations, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage lease administration, select and manage vendors, and determine property maintenance timelines.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in retail property management
  • Strong accounting and financial knowledge
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • CA RE License preferred
