Job Summary
Altman Apartments LLC is looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage our properties and provide exceptional resident service. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $25-$35 per hour, paid on a biweekly basis.

Responsibilities:
  1. Rent Collection and Administration:
  • Collect rent payments from residents and process paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate records of rent payments, delinquencies, and disputes.
Resident Services:
  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to residents, addressing their concerns and resolving issues.
  • Ensure resident complaints are documented and resolved in a timely manner.
Property Operations:
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with maintenance staff to complete repairs and tasks.
Community Relations:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, providing clear and concise information about community rules and regulations.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in property management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish language proficiency.
  • Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
